 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

We provide UPS. We have found UPS to be the most reliable shipping souce do to the pandemic. We do ship worldwide so everyone can enjoy the beauty of our stones :)

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

 We ship anywhere from the 2 business days to 4 business days of your order; depending on order flow. Business days are Monday through Friday :) You can chooose during check out, the type of delivery you wish for your package. For example, if it takes us 3 days to pick & ship your order, and you choose Priority 2 day delivery, it will take 5 days for your order to get to your door.

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

 As an example, if it takes us 2 days to prepare and ship your order, and you choose 3-day ground UPS, then it would take 5 days for your order

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

 We receive your order, it takes 2-4 business days to pull, prep, pack, and ship your package. We tender your package to the courier that you chose at checkout. Once we hand your package to UPS, You will recive an email with your tacking number. You will need to communicate with them regards to any questions about delivery of your package. We do not have access to the internal, private systems of other companies and therefore we cannot provide you information about where your package is, when delivered, or further requests or delivery instructions. If there is an issue with the delivery of your package, you need to contact the courier you selected as your shipping contract is with them directly. Of course we will assit you any way we can.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?

 If your package is returned to us because you did not supply a complete shipping address, or because you have moved and did not update your forwarding mail or if you chose not to pay the customs fees when the package arrived in your country, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the to be sent a second time.

  • We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

Unwanted Products

  • Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with Magic Candles and Gems. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, with the dispatch note, unused, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 30 working days. 
  • No returns or refund on special or custom orders.
  • We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card or PayPal account used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
  • You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.
